SWIFT CURRENT, SK - The Southwest Facility Foundation is thrilled to announce another community partnership — with the Pioneer Co-op which has committed $100,000 to the community campaign for new recreation facilities in Swift Current.
“Pioneer Co-op is proud to commit our support to the Southwest Facility Foundation. Facilities such as a Leisure Centre and Field House will be an integral part of ensuring communities like ours continue to grow and prosper – not just here in Swift Current, but for all of the smaller surrounding villages and towns that we serve as well” explains Uli Cartman, Pioneer Co-op Board of Directors President. “As a member-owned business, Pioneer Co-op is Locally Invested, Community Minded and offers Lifetime Membership Benefits. This is why we believe it is essential to invest in major initiatives like that of the Southwest Facility Foundation in order to elevate the quality of life, variety of services, and family opportunities afforded to our member owners.”
“We want to send out sincere thank you to Pioneer Co-op for investing and believing in our community and Southwest Saskatchewan,” states Foundation Chair Sasha Godenir. “It is with the support of great businesses such as the Pioneer Coop that we will reach our goal of Eight (8) million dollars.”
